Darek Lenart is the Human Resources Director Operations West Europe at PepsiCo Europe. Darek has been working In PepsiCo system since 2004, currently based out of Geneva and responsible for HR Strategy and Execution in Operations (Manufacturing and Supply Chain) in portfolio of markets in West Europe – Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Nordics. Before he worked in PepsiCo Headquarter HR role for Finance and Corporate Functions (Legal, Communications, Public Policy, Information Services) providing leadership on HR core processes and talent management. Between 2004 and 2010 Darek was based out of Warsaw with leadership role focusing on Beverage organization in Poland (PepsiAmerica PAS). His key areas of influence are Organization Development and Route to Market change and Talent Development. Among his key achievements are management turnaround and new organizational model for PL business.
